SHIMLA: Public Works, Youth Services, and Sports Minister, Vikramaditya Singh, conducted an inspection of government residential buildings currently under construction in Nabha ward of the capital city.
Accompanied by Shimla Urban MLA, Harish Janartha, Nabha ward councilor Simmi Nanda, Vikramaditya Singh reviewed the progress of all the blocks that are currently under construction. During the inspection, he urged the concerned authorities to expedite the construction process with quality work to ensure the prompt availability of these residential buildings.
The ongoing construction encompasses six blocks, set to provide a total of 46 units. Among these, Type 2 units amount to 16, Type 3 to 18, Type 4 to 8, and Type 5 to 4.
Additionally, a parking facility is being developed as part of the Smart City Mission.
Vikramaditya Singh also took the opportunity to address the concerns of local residents, offering essential directives to officials to take the necessary actions to address their demands effectively.
Present at the event were Congress Committee Mandal President Shimla Rural, officials from the Public Works Department, and local inhabitants.
