SHIMLA/MANDI: In a first region-wide swoop down on the liquor mafias, the special investigation team(SIT) of Himachal Pradesh police have arrested 13 people so far in connection with the Mandi spurious liquor tragedy which had killed 7 persons of the Slapparh-Kangu- Sundernagar belt in Mandi district last week.
