Breaking News: Tirupati Temple Laddoo Scandal Sparks Nationwide Outrage
Devbhoomi of Himachal, Uttarakhand the rest of India, is in utter disbelief.
Shimla/Dehradun: The sacred laddoo served to billions of Hindu devotees at Tirupati Temple has been found to contain **beef fat, pig fat, and fish oil**.
This shocking revelation has shaken the very core of faith for millions. Worshippers are demanding immediate action and calling for the prosecution of those responsible for this blasphemous act.
A test report has confirmed what was once unthinkable—animal fats, including those from beef and pork, were used in making the renowned Tirupati laddoo.
The news has sent shockwaves through the nation, leaving devotees devastated and angry. Hindu organizations are leading the charge, calling for immediate testing of prasad served in **Shakti Peeths** and other renowned temples across India.
"This is a direct attack on our faith. How could such a sacrilegious act happen in a place as sacred as Tirupati?" said a visibly enraged VHP leader.
The devotees on social media have termed the incident "an unforgivable betrayal" and demanded stringent punishment for the culprits.
The **Karnataka Milk Federation** added fuel to the fire by distancing itself from the controversy.
In a statement, the Federation clarified that **Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD)**, the temple board, has not purchased ghee from them in the last four years.
"We only supplied Nandhini Ghee when the NDA government was in power in Andhra Pradesh," they said.
Andhra Pradesh CM **Chandrababu Naidu** added another layer to the controversy, alleging that animal fat was used in the Tirupati laddoo during the tenure of the previous **YSR government**.
Naidu accused the current **Jagan government** of gross mismanagement, further fueling public anger.
"This came to light only after the intervention of the current administration," Naidu claimed, while the current **Tirupati board** remains under scrutiny for failing to ensure the purity of the prasad.
Hindu groups and the public are demanding that **laddoos and prasad from all temples**—especially revered ones like Shakti Peeths in Himachal and Char Dhams in Uttarakhand —undergo thorough testing.
The Tirupati scandal has cast a shadow of doubt on the sanctity of offerings in temples across India.
With faith hanging by a thread, the question remains: How was this allowed to happen, and how deep does the corruption go?
The entire nation awaits answers.
