SHIMLA: In a momentous occasion for sports enthusiasts and athletes, Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting and Youth Services and Sports, Anurag Singh Thakur, joined hands with Vikramaditya Singh, overseeing Public Works Department and Youth Services Sports, to inaugurate a groundbreaking 200-meter six-lane Synthetic Athletic Track at the Sports Authority of India's High Altitude Training Centre (HATC) in Shilaroo in Shimla district.
