DHARAMSHALA: Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announced the upgrade of Sub-tehsils Panchrukhi in Jaisinghpur and Sulah as Tehsils during a public meeting in Jaisinghpur.
Development works worth Rs. 141 crore were dedicated in Jaisinghpur he said.
The Indira Gandhi Pyari Behna Sukh Samman Nidhi Yojana was launched, offering Rs. 1500 honorarium to women aged 18 to 59 from the next fiscal year, he said.
Other announcements include various healthcare facilities, ITI institutes, and support prices for farmers.
AYUSH Minister Yadvinder Goma thanked the CM for his constituency's representation in the Cabinet. In Sulah, the CM announced similar upgrades and increased relief amounts for disaster-affected areas.
Development projects in both constituencies were inaugurated and funded.
