He highlighted swift restoration efforts post a natural calamity, making the state ready for winter tourism.
The Chief Minister prioritized stabilizing the state's finances and envisions making Himachal Pradesh the most prosperous state in the next ten years.
He talked about initiatives including implementing the Old Pension Scheme, launching the e-taxi scheme, introducing English medium in government institutions, and adopting orphans under the 'Mukhya Mantri Sukh-Aashraya Yojana.'
The state also allocated Rs. 4,500 crore for relief after a severe monsoon calamity.
Chief Minister extended an invitation to tourists to explore the natural beauty of Himachal Pradesh.
