They have been identified as Yashpal, a resident of Mandu Theog, Sandeep from Balag Theog and Khazan Singh from Sirmaur.
Local administration gave Rs 10,000 each to the next of kin of the diseased. One person from Sirmaur remained unidentified, said the police. The police has started inquest proceedings in the case to ascertain the cause of the accident.
