Negi said the blood donation camps should be organised regularly so that patients do not face shortage of blood in case of emergency. Journalists and people enthusiastically participated in the blood donation camp and 45 units of blood were collected by the team of doctors.
DC said the blood donation is the biggest donation as it can save life in emergency situations, accidents and of poor and helpless people, who are in need of blood.
Appreciating this excellent work done by Press Club Shimla, he said that representatives of Press Club play role in making people aware about blood donation.
President Press club Anil Bhardwaj said like every year blood donation camp has been organized by Press Club Shimla so that patients can get the benefit of this blood in case of emergency.
