Tiranga hoisting at snowclad town of Tawang came hot on the heels after India dismissed China’s ploy of renaming of 15 places including Tawang in Mandarin language in Arunachal Pradesh. India has asserted that “renaming does not change the fact on the ground that Arunachal Pradesh has been and is and will be an integral part of India”.
