Shimla: The Joint Action Committee of doctors ended their strike after Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur accepted their mots of demands in presence of Heath Minister Rajiv Sehgal, Chief Secretary, Finance Secretary, Health Secretary.
Shimla: A Three-judge Bench of High Court of Himachal Pradesh has ruled that the date of regularization of a class IV daily wager whether prior or after 10.05.2001, will make no difference to the age of his/her continuation in service.
SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh government on February 23 notified the constitution of Samanya Varg Aayog defining its term of office objective, duties and function in the state. Dharamshala: Six workers, most of them women were burnt alive while 14 other women workers sustained serious burn injuries in a blast in a fire cracker factory today, which was being run illegally in Tahliwal in Una district. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has ordered inquiry into the fire tragedy.
