Shimla, 14 September 2024:: Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Sepoy Arvind Singh, who was killed in an encounter with terrorists in Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir.
Hailing from Hathol Khas village in Hamirpur, Sepoy Singh's sacrifice has deeply moved the state. CM Sukhu called him a "brave heart who will live forever in the hearts of the people." He assured the state’s full support to the soldier’s family.
Deputy CM Agnihotri praised his selfless service, saying, "His supreme sacrifice will be remembered forever." Both leaders prayed for the departed soul and strength for the grieving family.
