SRINAGAR: Indian army ski team hogged the limelight at the 3rd Khelo India three days long Winter Games held at Gulmarg that concluded today.
Indian army ski team won 12 gold, 11 silver and 10 bronze medals in the Games.
As many as 1500 athletes participated in 28 sports events.
Khelo India is the program of the central government to promote and strengthen the sports ecosystem by the mass participation and promotion of sports in the country.
First day of the games were marred by the spells of snow. But the partcipants did not lose the enthusiasm of the games.
