Technology Integration: The Chief Minister emphasized incorporating technology in government operations for transparency and efficiency.

Revenue Department: Urgent disposal of pending revenue cases, with 'Revenue Lok Adalats' on December 1-2, 2023, at tehsil levels. Transparent handling, online ACRs for Revenue Officers.

Tourism Infrastructure:Focus on enhancing tourism infrastructure, including the establishment of heliports and promotion of tea tourism.

Green Initiatives: Priority to green industry projects, progress in e-taxi applications, and development of e-charging stations.

Self-Employment Schemes: Allocation of Rs. 680 crore under Rajiv Gandhi Swarojgar Start-up Yojna, supporting local youth for self-reliance.

Agriculture and Fisheries Integration: Launching an integrated project under Startup Yojna for self-employment in agriculture and fisheries.

Infrastructure Allocation: Rs. 100 crore for Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojna, Rs. 20 crore for road repair after recent disasters. Recruitment reviews for various departments.

Healthcare Upgrades: Accelerating the introduction of robotic surgery and advanced medical equipment in state medical colleges. Proposal for the National Cancer Institute.

Social Welfare Initiatives:Status report sought on the proposed ashram for orphan children in Kangra district.

Stray Cattle Menace: Addressing the issue through joint efforts of SDMs and Senior Veterinary Officers.

Milk Plant Project:Reviewing progress and expediting the Detailed Project Report for the State-of-the-art milk plant in Kangra district.

The Chief Secretary, Principal Secretaries, and other officials attended the meeting.
