SHIMLA: Over the past week during the Navratras, over 10 lakh pilgrims have flocked to the Shaktipeets in Himachal Pradesh to pay homage.
The pilgrimage, which began on April 9th, 2024 with onset of Navratras, has seen devotees from various parts of the country thronging to Shaktipeeths to seek blessings.
From Jawalaji in Kangra to Chintpurni in Una from Haatkoti in Jubbal to Bhimakali in Rampur Bushahr, the pilgrims thronged the Shaktipeeths savoring bhandara which were organized in all places including New Shimla and on The Mall which also witnessed jhanki of Lord Ram.
The influx of devotees has led to a vibrant atmosphere, with religious fervor filling the air as people participate in rituals and prayers.
HP Police is doing commendable job ensuring proper Darshan and safety for pilgrims.
HP Police and local administration have been working tirelessly to ensure the safety and comfort of the pilgrims, with special arrangements in place for accommodation, transportation, and crowd management.
